	The 4^th and 5^th articles in "marriage registration operation regulation for household registration office" have been revised.
	From May 23, marriage application has been revised to be the registered way so marriage will not be in effect until the day when both the couple make the marriage registration application to household registration office.
	Citizen Digital Certificates expiring in 2008 and 2009 can be extended to be still effective for another 3 years.

	The comprehensive replacement of the new-style national ID cards will be finished at the end of December this year. The old-style ID cards will expire on January 1,2007
	From Feb.1,2005,citizens can apply for household registration transcripts in English version.
