For the convenience of the public "a comprehensive service via one window", we especially establish "general service counters", from No. 1 to No. 13,  processing household registrations.
	There are five case counters: separately No.18 (nationality, change of name); No. 19, 20 (household number organization, reorganization); No. 21, 22 (manual household registers of household cancellation)
